Project overview

NHS ConfedExpo is a major annual event for NHS leaders, suppliers and partners, bringing together organisations from across the health and care system. Optum participated as an event sponsor, requiring a strong and credible presence within a busy, highly competitive exhibition environment.

I led the end-to-end design of the stand and supporting assets, working within Optum’s established brand system and in collaboration with event partners responsible for the stand build. The work spanned large-scale stand design alongside a suite of printed and digital materials designed to support conversations during and after the event.

The final outcome brought together physical space, messaging and content into a joined-up system, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint — from on-stand materials to post-event communications. The project demonstrates my approach to large-scale event design, asset planning and brand application in a complex, real-world setting.
